Katlin Botsford is a relationship-builder at heart, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in marketing, account management, and client advocacy to Premier Claims. A graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse with a degree in Business Marketing, Katlin built her career on hard work, problem-solving, and a deep passion for helping people.
For more than a decade, Katlin played an integral role in the success of her previous company, where she advanced to Vice President of Operations. She was instrumental in strengthening client relationships, creating efficient processes, and developing strategies that positioned the business for long-term growth. That experience not only sharpened her leadership skills but also reinforced her belief that perseverance and dedication are the foundation of meaningful results. Now, at Premier Claims, she applies that same drive and focus to ensuring policyholders feel supported and confident throughout the claims process.
Much of Katlin’s professional drive comes from her role as a wife and mom of three energetic young boys. Her family is her “why” — the reason she approaches each day with determination, positivity, and empathy. Whether advocating for clients or coaching her kids through life’s little lessons, Katlin leads with equal parts strength and heart.
Athletics have also shaped Katlin’s story. As a former scholar-athlete, she learned discipline, resilience, and teamwork early on — lessons that continue to guide her both personally and professionally. These same qualities fuel her competitive spirit and passion for solving problems on behalf of her clients. And on Sundays, you can count on her channeling that energy into cheering for the Buffalo Bills, with full confidence that Josh Allen will deliver.
When she’s not working or running after three little boys, Katlin loves reading, baking sourdough, and tackling DIY projects — the kind that may or may not involve power tools. Her blend of professional expertise, competitive spirit, and approachable personality makes her a trusted partner and a valuable member of the Premier Claims team.
