Ashley Workman is a passionate self-starter who joined Premier Claims in 2020, bringing her experience with a seasoned career in the legal field. Having known nothing about Public Adjusting and no previous experience in the insurance industry, all she knew was that Premier Claims’ ultimate goal was helping people. From bankruptcy and family law to insurance, entering a new industry with much to learn was not a foreign experience for her. With a passion for knowledge and a never-ending drive to continue to learn, Ashley Workman became an expert at reading policies and interpreting policy language.
She believes Knowledge is Power and seeks to empower others. Adept at breaking down complex topics, she makes them easier for others to understand. Ashley’s genuine passion lies in the written word, always striving to compose something enjoyable, whatever the topic.
In addition to her dedication to policy language, Ashley Workman also manages all company licensure. Ashley took over licensing soon after she joined Premier Claims. She wholeheartedly embraced the role and built an organized, comprehensive process. She works in tandem with General Counsel, Nick Andersen to ensure the company’s legal compliance. Outside of work, Ashley is an avid reader. She enjoys cooking, wine, and working on her next story. Her dogs and cats are her world and she often spends time with her father working on her house.
