Charles Goodman

Charles Goodman brings over seven years of experience across sales, recruitment, and Salesforce administration to his role as Salesforce Administrator at Premier Claims. His path through client-facing sales and recruitment gave him a firsthand understanding of the systems and processes that keep teams connected to the people they serve. This understanding drew him toward Salesforce administration, where he could build and refine those systems himself.

Charles joined the Premier Claims team in September 2026, bringing his cross-functional background to the company’s Salesforce platform. In this role, he works to ensure the tools and workflows his colleagues rely on run smoothly, allowing teams across the company to focus on what matters most: the people they serve.

A Norfolk, Nebraska native now residing in Elkhorn, Charles graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where he competed on the varsity track and field team for four years. Outside of work, he lives in Elkhorn with his wife and two-year-old daughter. He’s a devoted Nebraska Cornhuskers and Kansas City Chiefs fan, and spends his free time golfing, fishing, and playing video games.

At his core, Charles is driven by a desire to help people and solve the problems affecting them day to day. Whether it’s untangling a technical issue or refining a process that slows a team down, he approaches challenges with a solutions-first mindset rooted in his years of working directly with clients and candidates.
