Kenneth Hall has over four decades of experience in the construction industry. His focus has always been on solving problems for his customers. This mindset led him into the product development and testing of numerous exterior building materials. He also conducted field studies and documented how these materials perform in various challenges, including weather-related issues.
In addition, he has consistently assisted customers with their insurance claims over the decades. Kenneth studied how inspections were conducted by adjusters and engineers hired by the carriers, along with the criteria used by these entities. He compared it with the real-world evidence he found in his own inspections, conducting his own experiments based more in line with real-world variables. Through this he collected photos and samples of real hail and documented the impact marks found on-site.
Having installed, repaired, and handled these materials with his own hands for decades in all kinds of conditions, he has seen and felt how they respond to varying conditions. This unique experience has prepared him for his current role as the Construction Expert for Premier Claims.
