One of the initial pillars at Premier Claims, Madison Gilbert started with Premier Claims as a Customer Service Representative. Due to her strong work ethic and success in assisting clients in achieving their desired results, Madison quickly rose to become the Customer Service Manager. As manager in the founding years, Madison shaped and developed our robust Customer Service Department.
With over a decade of customer and management experience, and her success as a leader in the Customer Service Department, Madison knew she had more to bring to the team. She found her passion was for working with our team internally. In 2021, Madison was promoted to Human Resources Manager. Madison Gilbert has flourished in her role. She has aligned and implemented various programs & initiatives, increasing productivity, safety, improved customer experience and enhanced our company culture. She is a result-driven individual who delivers retention and motivation solutions. Furthermore, pushing Premier Claims harness the full power of their most valuable assets – their people.
Madison’s primary focus is the team here at Premier Claims. Her passion lies in fostering a trusting, collaborative, and enjoyable culture for every employee at Premier. Aside from work, Madison enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband and cat.
