Nick Andersen serves as general counsel for Premier Claims. In this role, he provides legal counsel to the company’s board of directors and senior management. He also leads a legal team that advises on, among other areas, commercial transactions, litigation management, labor and employment, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. With his extensive experience and expertise, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s legal compliance and strategic decision-making.
Mr. Andersen joined Premier Claims in 2018 and has helped to shape and grow the company in recent years leading to exponential growth during his tenure. Prior to coming to Premier Claims, he served in the capacity of associate vice president and in the legal departments of two Fortune 500 companies as well as working in private practice.
To be effective as a general counsel, Nick believes he not only needs to be a well versed attorney but also have appropriate influence on the overall activities of the business. As such, he also serves as a member of the company leadership team as well as its board of directors.
As an Omaha native, Nick Andersen received his bachelor in business administration and J.D. degree from Creighton University. Aside from work, he is an avid Creighton Bluejays fan and enjoys spending time with his family. This deep connection to both his alma mater and his family reflects his commitment to community and values that resonate with Premier Claims.
