A Nebraska native, Trevor Matulka is proud to have earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Prior to this, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Nebraska – Omaha.
Trevor has a diverse legal background, including roles in various esteemed civil litigation practices. He has successfully navigated complex litigation matters, having advised clients on cases worth millions of dollars. His experience includes defending Fortune 500 insurance providers in areas such as vehicular accident liability, medical malpractice, personal and workplace injuries, and premises liability.
In addition to his private sector experience, Trevor has a commendable background in government service, having served as a Staff Attorney for a Nebraska government office. There he played a crucial role in enforcing applicable state statutes and regulations. This government experience uniquely positions Trevor to address regulatory compliance issues, liaise effectively with government entities, and advocate for positive regulatory change in the public adjusting arena.
